Regeneration is natural in an organisation. Regeneration enables the vision and mission of the organisation to be passed on from generation to generation. It enables the organisation to live and grow. Regeneration brings freshness, enthusiasm and a new atmosphere. Similarly, in the Indonesian Bible Institute (LAI), regeneration enables the ministry of LAI to continue and be renewed.
Thursday, 4 January 2024, as the LAI family reunited in renewed spirit and hope, LAI regenerated and handed over positions within the LAI Printing Unit, namely the Head of the Procurement Unit of the LAI General Department and the Head of the Finished Goods Warehouse Unit.
The event was held simply and briefly with the attendance of the LAI General Secretary, Heads of Departments, Heads of Sections, Heads of Units, and related staff. It began with a brief opening and prayer, the reading of the Decree on the Transfer of Position and then the signing of the handover of position from the old official to the new official. After the signing, the event continued with remarks and handover of the Decree by the General Secretary of LAI, ending with a group photo.
On the same day, the LAI General Secretary on behalf of the LAI leadership held a gathering with employees of the LAI Printing Unit in Nanggewer, Bogor. It is hoped that in the new year, the spirit and togetherness of the employees will increase to provide the best service to God and all the people.
