According to the vision of the Indonesian Bible Institute (LAI), "The Word of God reaches all generations." Together with partners, LAI is committed and endeavours to ensure that the Bible and Christian literature are accessible to all, including children who may not have access or opportunity to acquire them. One such effort is realised through the Publishing of the Illustrated Good News in the Toraja Language.

The illustrated good news in Toraja not only helps children to understand the content of the Christian message more easily and enjoyably, but also helps them to know Christ early on so that they can have a strong foundation in their faith and will continue to walk with God throughout their lives.

Through the translation and publication of the illustrated good news in Toraja LAI also hopes that children will be proud of their local language. So that they can understand that the Toraja language also has the same value and importance as other languages. This will help nurture their love for God's Word and their love for their culture and language.

A total of Rp. 525,000,000 is required for the publication of 5,000 illustrated Good News in Toraja language. Therefore, LAI invites Friends of the Bible, and faith communities to participate in supporting the ministry of LAI through the publication of Good News in Toraja language.
