In the course of life there must be growth or change. After comfortably using the Acumatika administrative and financial management system for more than 10 years, LAI must make changes to the system. The LAI Board and management have agreed and decided to replace the old system with a new system ERP Odoo.

FRP stands for Foundation Resources Planningwhich in the business world generally uses ERP (Enterprice Resources Planning), simply put, is a financial system that is integrated with Marketing, Sales, Ordering, Production, Storage, Donations, Customers, Recruitment, Payroll, and other parts of LAI's work environment and services.

Odoo's ERP system has besides  toolswhich is more complete than the old system used by LAI and is also integrated so that it will be easier to obtain information and control processes and performance every day. The system includes financial, manufacturing, point of sales, Human Resources, procurement, donations and various other administrative and financial activities, as well as the resulting reports.

Of course, these changes must be supported by implementers (human resources) who understand the systemERP Odoo. Before the new system was implemented, the team from ERP Odoo (Bp. Nanang and Bp. Sofyan) provided training to the usersfrom Monday, 8 January to 12 January 2024. In addition to users, this training was also attended by: Head of Department, Head of Section and Administration, Head of Representative.

Although the development programme has been conducted  development programmesince October 2022 between the Odoo ERP Team and LAI's contact person, it turned out that during the training there were still many modules and tools that still had to be refined so that later it could support LAI's administrative and financial management system in an integrated manner.

All usersunderwent training at the beginning of this year with enthusiasm and fervour, because from January 2024 the ERP Odoo will be implemented and enforced within LAI starting from the Head Office, Printing Unit to LAI representative offices.
